I hope you add this supersimple recipe to your lunch repertoire. By using naan—an oven-baked flatbread typical to Indian cuisine that can be found at most large grocery stores—instead of pizza dough, the crust is all set to go and simply awaiting the toppings.

Makes 4 servings

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup Everyday Basil Pesto

4 pieces whole-wheat naan

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.

2. Combine the mozzarella and Parmesan in a bowl.

3. Spread 1 tablespoon of the pesto over each piece of naan and top with ¼ cup of the cheese blend.

4. Place the pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
