The only thing that rivals our local deli’s delectable matzo ball soup is the homemade bagel chips they serve with it. We always take the leftovers with us and my kids love it when I put them in their lunch boxes.
Whenever you’ve got a few extra bagels lying around—especially if they’re starting to get stale—slice and bake them up to make these crispy, crunchy chips that are great with soup or dipped into creamy Supereasy Hummus or Veggie Cream Cheese Spread.
3 mini or regular bagels, any flavor
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Slice the bagels into ¼-inch-thick disks.
3. Place the bagel slices on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
