Broccoli Tuna Casserole

Make this casserole when you need a super-fast dinner because you forgot to defrost anything beforehand. (And haven’t we all done that?) Sriracha is an Asian hot sauce that I like very much, but feel free to use the hot sauce of your choice.

Makes 6 servings

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Have a 9- by 13-inch baking dish ready.

Cook the broccoli florets in the microwave as instructed on the package. Layer the broccoli in the baking dish and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and sriracha until well blended. Spread the mixture over the top of the broccoli florets in the baking dish. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese starts to brown.
