It’s just perfect that Hay House is publishing my second book. Louise, your words of encouragement have been in my head for the four years it has taken Lyndi and me to write this book, especially your advice to “keep it positive.” Following the Principle of Balance, I’ve tried to do so, but also wanted Baby Boomers to realize the negative impact our sheer numbers have had on the world, in the hopes that we will take the right steps to correct the problems. When you said you felt that you were “holding a treasure” in your hand, that meant everything to me.
I’m deeply grateful, too, to Lyndi for your insistence on giving this book an almost poetic energy. I know working with a perfectionist is difficult, but I hope you will be eternally proud of what we have accomplished together. Kenneth Storey, you must be the most patient man on the planet. Thank you for making our book beautiful. Carole Addlestone meticulously edited the first part of our manuscript, and when she became too busy, Stephanie Marr did a brilliant job with the second half and with the index. Alex Freemon gave a final polish to everything. Thank you all for your hard, committed work.
I am very fortunate to have an incredible Body Ecology team working with me, helping me bring Body Ecology’s message to the world. Without even being asked, they go above and beyond the call of duty, because they believe so much in this work. I can feel confident that you as the reader will find your life enhanced with the information in this book. Please help all of us spread Body Ecology’s message; and let’s work together to create a happier, healthier world.
I am always deeply grateful to the Force that guides me, opens the right doors, and helps me reach the most amazing people—all who are ready to hear this message.
