To our bubbes, for creating memories so lasting they became the impetus for this book; and for showing us the true definitions of chutzpah and strength.

To our parents, for collectively giving birth to us so that we could go on to re-create awesome Jewish recipes together and offer them to the world.

To our husbands, for eating all those carbs without kvetching or gaining weight. Actually, we aren’t so happy about that second part—more like jealous.

To our offspring, both furry and human, for allowing us breaks from walking you, feeding you and cleaning up your poop, so that we could collaborate on this project and forever change the world, one latke at a time.

To all of our readers, Jews and goys alike, for helping us realize how much the universe was missing these allergen-friendly recipes; also for posting all of the best emojis when we post bagel photos.
