Dairy–Free Butter

Does dairy get you feeling all verkakte? Sadly, many butter alternatives are still made with subpar ingredients. This Dairy-Free Butter recipe can be used whenever a recipe calls for butter and is still creamy and delicious!

Prep Time: 5 minutes Freeze Time: 30 minutes–1 hour Makes: Approximately 8 servings

2 tablespoons (30 ml) full-fat coconut milk

3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil

2 tablespoons (30 ml) melted coconut oil

3 tablespoons (45 ml) avocado oil

½ teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

Then, pour into a glass dish with lid and freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour (or refrigerate until solid). Finally, remove from the freezer and use as desired or store in fridge.
