prep time: 5 minutes • yield: ¾ cup (about 2 tablespoons per serving)
½ cup MCT oil
3 tablespoons coconut vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Herbes de Florence ( see here )
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Place all the ingredients in a medium jar with a lid. Cover and shake until well combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, shaking well before serving.
