berbere mayo

This mayo tastes great with Doro Watt Chicken Salad Wraps ( see here ).

2 tablespoons Berbere Spice Mix ( see here )

½ cup mayonnaise, homemade ( see here ) or store-bought (or Egg-Free Keto Mayo, see here , for egg-free)

Whisk the spice blend and mayo together until well combined. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
