4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 avocado, diced
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced ham
1 cup pitted black olives, sliced
½ cup chopped purple cabbage
½ cup Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing ( see here ) (or Egg-Free Keto Mayo, see here , for egg-free)
Divide the romaine lettuce among four salad bowls. Top each bowl with a row each of avocado, cucumber, ham, olives, and cabbage. Drizzle each salad with 2 tablespoons of the ranch dressing.
