This short but important chapter provides menus of Practically Raw recipes that go well together as a meal. You’ll find a variety of international menus, including all-American, Mexican, Indian, Italian, and Middle Eastern. Additional menus are included for a pizza night, a picnic, a brunch, and a wine and “cheese” night. There’s even a “Liquid Diet for a Day” plan, since feeding your body easily-to-digest blended foods for a day can be a great way to detoxify and give your GI system a little TLC if you’ve spent years on a heavier, cooked-food diet.
