USE THE STOP-START TECHNIQUE
Each time you feel yourself getting close to orgasm, stop all stimulation, and take some long, deep, belly breaths. This will take you back to a plateau of arousal – now work your way back up to a state of high excitement. Repeat this stop–start process until you can’t bear it any longer – then surrender to an intense orgasm.
RELAX, RELAX, RELAX
Consciously relax your PC muscles (see page 36) so you’re not holding even the tiniest bit of tension in your genitals (think of the level of relaxation you need to pee). I’ve found that having sex in this profound state of relaxation always gives me incredible orgasms.
GIVE HIM THE LOOK OF LOVE
To achieve the maximum in soulbaring intensity, try to hold your lover’s gaze for the duration of your (and his) orgasm.
FOCUS ON THE DETAILS
The tingling in your thighs and genitals, and the melting sensation in your belly. When I do this, the small sensations come together in a big, glorious crescendo.
BE SELFISH (OR SELFLESS)
Sometimes I like dedicating an entire sex session to my orgasm or to his orgasm, but not to both. This way we each get all the attention and focus we need.
