2 cups (1½ pounds) ½-inch slices fresh rhubarb
¾ cups granulated sugar
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
1. Combine the rhubarb, sugar, and orange juice in a medium bowl.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 days (the longer you macerate the rhubarb, the sweeter it becomes).
