Curried Lamb

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

1 bouillon cube 1 apple, peeled, diced

1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder

Free-range lamb meat, cooked, cubed

Sauté the onion slices in hot oil in a skillet over medium-low heat until yellow. Stir in the flour. Dissolve the bouillon cube in hot water and add to the onion mixture. Stir in the apple. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons curry powder with a little water and stir into the onion mixture. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes. Stir in the lamb meat. Cook over medium-low heat just long enough to warm up the meat. Serve with brown rice.
