2 apples, peeled, cored, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
3 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
8 ounces blueberries
1 pound strawberries, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sugar (or 12 to 13 drops of Stevia)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Place the apples in a large bowl; toss with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown. Stir in the kiwifruit, blueberries, strawberries, and sugars. Serve immediately.
