Frozen Banana Salad

1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice, partially thawed

1 (10-ounce) package frozen strawberries, partially thawed

1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained

6 ripe bananas, mashed

1 cup sugar (or 1 teaspoon Stevia)

1 cup boiling water

Combine the orange juice, strawberries, and pineapple in a large bowl. Add the bananas slowly, mixing well. Dissolve the sugar in the water; allow to cool. Pour the sugar mixture evenly over the fruit. Freeze for an hour or until firm but not hard. Serve immediately.

Yield: 12 to 18 servings
