1 cup cubed watermelon
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 cup cubed honeydew melon
1 cup low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
⅓ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup crushed ice
Combine the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew in a blender container; process until smooth. Slowly blend in a mixture of the yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla, and crushed ice; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
