3 hearts romaine lettuce, roughly chopped
⅓ cup Caesar Dressing (page 243)
¾ cup vegan croutons
2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds (no shells)
Freshly ground black pepper
In a large bowl, mix together the chopped lettuce and Caesar dressing. Top with croutons, sunflower seeds, and freshly ground black pepper.
