Ingredients
• 1 sweet potato weighing 200g/7oz
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp each sea salt, cumin, paprika & garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste

Method
1 Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/Gas 6.
2 Use the chipper blade to turn into thick potato curls, don’t bother peeling the sweet potato.
3 Place everything in a bowl and combine really well to ensure every curl is coated with seasoning and oil.
4 Arrange on a non-stick baking tray and spread out to make one layer. Place in the oven and cook for about 2o minutes, turning once.
5 Season and serve.
CHEFS NOTE
Keep an eye on the curls when they are cooking as they can burn easily. Reduce the heat if you find this happening.
