Ingredients
• Carrots weighing 300g/11oz
• 1 orange
• 2 pitted dates, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp sultanas, finely chopped
• ½ tsp brown sugar
• Small pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Method
1 Top, tail & peel the carrots and use the shredder blade to turn into thin spirals.
2 Peel the orange, divide into segments and finely chop.
3 Combine everything together really well in a bowl. Cover and chill in the fridge.

Use as a salad side or as a relish for meat dishes.
