1 EFT (emotional freedom technique) is a self-help tool, based on the Chinese meridian system (the same system used in acupuncture), which involves tapping on meridian end points in the body while tuning into and verbalizing a specific health or emotional issue. This helps to clear disruption from the body’s energy system and restore health and emotional balance.
