This first section encompasses chapter 1 and chapter 2. We will explore some basic concepts of yoga philosophy and introduce you to a yogic perspective on the human condition. We will touch on how these issues are relevant to your relationship to food; however, the meat of this section will focus on helping you understand and relate concepts from yoga philosophy to your own life and body.
