YOUR CLEANSE CALENDAR

I’m a visual person who likes to see things so that I can commit them to memory. Perhaps you’re the same way, too, although I understand that there are two other learning styles—auditory (learning by hearing) and kinesthetic (learning by experiencing the topic firsthand).

I want to share with you my three-month Maker’s Diet Revolution Cleanse Calendar that will show you how to structure, organize, and plan your 10-Day Daniel Diet and subsequent monthly, weekly, and daily cleansing program.

My first goal for you is that you embark on the Daniel Diet and stick with it for ten days to receive the body, mind, and spiritual transformation that many others have already experienced. If you do nothing else but follow the Daniel Diet just one time, it was worth my writing this book.

But I don’t want you to slip back into old habits of unhealthy eating. In order to keep your health moving forward and build upon all the good you’ve accomplished, I highly suggest you commit to a three-month cleansing program by completing a three-day cleanse each month, a one-day cleanse each week on “cleanse day Wednesday,” and daily cleansing by eating within a sixto eight-hour window, taking your first meal sometime between noon and 2 P.M. and finishing up with your last bite by 8 o’clock at night.

Wonder what that looks like? Me, too, which is why I took the liberty of creating a three-month Maker’s Diet Revolution calendar for you.

So, do you have any questions? Need a review? Please feel free to return to Chapter 2, “After the Cleanse,” to review the timing and the protocol for the 10-Day Daniel Diet, the three-day monthly cleanse, the weekly cleanse for twenty-four to thirty-six hours, and, of course, the daily cleansing regimen.
