Condoleezza Rice is the Denning Professor in Global Business and the Economy at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, the Thomas and Barbara Stephenson Senior Fellow on Public Policy at the Hoover Institution, and a professor of political science at Stanford University. She served as National Security Adviser from 2001 to 2005 and was the sixty-sixth U.S. Secretary of State from 2005 to 2009.
Amy Zegart is codirector of the Center for International Security and Cooperation, the Davies Family Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, and a senior fellow at the Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies at Stanford University. Before her academic career, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
