ECG Rulers

ECG rulers (Figure 3-10) are not needed if you have a pair of calipers. Most rulers have one side that measures the rate, and a metric ruler on the other. If you have a set of calipers and the ECG paper, you already have the same thing. ECG rulers also have some ECG criteria that are standard knowledge.
