GALVANIZED PEDESTAL

You have to love a DIY that requires no tools and can be done in minutes. This Galvanized Pedestal definitely falls into the “it doesn’t get any easier than this” category. This project isn’t about the step-by-step process. Instead, it is about looking at things in a different way. By simply turning a bucket upside down and pairing it with a pie plate, you have a whole new piece to use when entertaining or decorating.
MATERIALS

- Heavy-duty craft glue appropriate for metal
- Small galvanized bucket with no handles (if there are handles, remove them with a pair of pliers; the bucket I used is 4" × 4")
- Metal pie plate (the one I used has a 91⁄2" diameter)
- Apply glue to the outer edge of the bottom side of the bucket.

- Center your pie plate on top of the bucket and hold it in place according to package instructions.

- Then, set aside and allow the glue to dry according to package instructions.
