¼ CUP PANKO CRUMBS
¼ CUP WASABI-SOY ALMONDS, CHOPPED
2 TSP OIL
4 SALMON FILLETS, 6 OZ EACH
¼ TSP SALT
Heat oven to 425°F. Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
In small bowl, toss panko crumbs, chopped almonds and oil.
Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Evenly pat 2 Tbsp crumb mixture onto top of each fillet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until fish is just cooked through and topping is browned.
