1 CAN (14 OZ) CRUSHED TOMATOES IN PURÉE

1 PACKET BEEFY-ONION SOUP MIX (FROM A 2.2-OZ BOX)

2 TBSP SWEET PAPRIKA

2 TSP MINCED GARLIC

1 TSP CARAWAY SEEDS

¾ CUP REDUCED-FAT SOUR CREAM

3 TBSP SNIPPED FRESH DILL

Mix all ingredients except sour cream and dill in a 3-qt or larger slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours until pork is tender.

Stir in sour cream and dill.
