1 PACKAGE (14 OZ) SEAPAK TILAPIA TENDERS

2 HEADS OR TWO 10-OZ BAGS OF CHOPPED ROMAINE LETTUCE

2 SMALL TOMATOES, DICED

1 SEEDLESS CUCUMBER, SLICED

½ CUP RED ONION, DICED

¼ CUP DICED OLIVES (BLACK OR KALAMATA)

2 TBSP PREPARED GREEK SALAD DRESSING

1 PACKAGE (6 OZ) FETA CHEESE

Heat oven to 425˚F.

Place the frozen tilapia tenders on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions.

Assemble salads in three bowls—chopped romaine, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, diced onion, olives and salad dressing.

Cut fully cooked tilapia tenders into bite size pieces and place over salads.

Sprinkle with feta cheese.
