Part 5

Do Better

 

Do better doesn’t mean you are not already doing well. Do better means keep making continuous improvement. You have value and you have power. The choices you make have an impact on those around you. It is up to you to decide what kind of impact you want to make; a negative one or a positive one. When faced with such a choice step it up and do better. Be a leader, take chances, try new things. Use your qualities to the advantage of everyone. Discipline yourself to make better choices and to make a greater effort not because someone told you to, but because you want to, and you know you are capable. Begin to expect more from yourself. More patience, more kindness, more compassion for yourself and for others. More commitment, more focus, and fewer excuses. You know you can do better so go ahead and start.
