Kundalini #3: Energies Rising Together

On page 83 you awakened your kundalini energies, and on page 107 you connected them in sexual intercourse. Try raising those energies through your genitals and up into your bodies and heads. It will feel like very intense intercourse with a spiritual climax.

There is a scientific explanation behind this. Any form of deep breathing increases oxygen levels and forces more blood into your genitals. That, in turn, encourages your brain to create a stronger lust hormone cocktail.

Begin fire breathing with foreplay. Imagine you are moving the heat into and out of each other’s bodies, not just your own.

Keep up the fire breathing during intercourse. Don’t worry if you lose a cycle or two. Just pick it up again, especially at the point of orgasm.

Continue stroking, fondling, even stimulating one another’s genitals after orgasm.

Lying in one another’s arms, make upward strokes with your palms along your lover’s spine. Imagine you are raising the sexual energies into your hearts and finally your heads.
