Make it yours
This striking triangle stitch gives a unique look to this wrap. Try using the triangle stitch pattern to add a decorative edging around the finished wrap and work it in a bright contrasting colour to highlight the stitches.
FOR THE WRAP
Row 1: Using yarn A and 4mm (US G/6) hook, *4ch, 1dc in second ch from hook, 1htr in next ch, 1tr in next ch (1 triangle made); rep from * a further 27 times more, turn. (28 triangles)
Row 2: 7ch, 1dc in second ch from hook, 1htr in next ch, 1tr in next ch, sl st in top of first triangle of previous row, *4ch, 1dc in second ch from hook, 1htr in next ch, 1tr in next ch, sl st in top of next triangle of previous row; rep from * to end, turn.
Row 2 forms pattern.
Rows 3–85: Rep Row 2 for a further 83 rows. (85 rows worked in total)
Row 86: 3ch, sl st in top of first triangle, *3ch, sl st in top of next triangle; rep from * to end.
Fasten off.
FOR THE EDGING
Round 1: Using 4mm (US G/6) hook, join yarn B in any ch-sp along edge. Work 1ch (does not count as st), 1dc in each st and 2dc in each ch-sp around entire wrap working [1dc, 1ch, 1dc] in each corner. Join with sl st in first st.
Round 2: 1ch, 1dc in each st around working [1dc, 1ch, 1dc] in each corner. Join with sl st in first st.
Fasten off.
