A vision board is a special arrangement of images that is displayed on your angel altar (see Tip 18) or in another prominent place in your home. It helps you set an intention to attract all the good things you want in life, from a new home to more friends, a relationship, or to travel the world.
You can create virtually any possibility for yourself with just a basic picture frame, old magazines, scissors, glue—and the help of your guiding angels.
* Start by placing a picture of an angel or some angel wings in the center of the board of a picture frame. Or you could take a feather from your altar and build your vision board around that. By placing your angel in the center, you are symbolically making him the center of your wishes, or manifesting, and asking for his help to make your wishes come true.
* Next, cut out images of the things you would like to bring into your life. These can be objects or metaphors—for example, if you would like things to flow better—such as money, work, or love—an image of a flowing river would be perfect. Focus on how you want to feel when you have your wishes, rather than just thinking about attaining the objects or goals. Angels connect with the high vibration of happiness, so try to project this feeling when you are busy putting your images together. Feel the joy, as if you already have these things.
* When you have finished making your vision board, tune in to your angels by grounding, protecting, and opening up (see pages 9–10), and ask your angels to help you work toward your goals. Thank them for their help, and let go of the wish, happy in the knowledge that your angels are taking care of your request.
