38 Discover Your Angelic Chakra

You can activate the angelic chakra on your forehead to accelerate your spiritual development and angelic connection. You can practice this technique at the start of each day to tune in to your angels.

* Go through the grounding, protection, and opening-up rituals (see pages 9–10).

* Making a triangle with your thumbs and index fingers together, rest your index fingers (the top of the triangle) on the angelic chakra, and your thumbs on the third–eye chakra. This connects the third–eye chakra with the fifth–eye or angelic chakra, linking intuition with the point of angelic connection. The triangle you are making creates a spiritual gateway over the fourth–eye chakra, for manifesting dreams into reality. (Delta, the fourth letter of the Greek alphabet, is a triangle. The word derives from the Phoenician letter “dalet,” which means “door.”)

* Press gently on these two chakra points as you meditate on your angels and communicate withthem.

* You might also like to lie down and place a crystal on each of these chakra points. Choose amethyst for the third–eye chakra, and quartz, or one of the angel stones in Tip 6, on the angelic chakra. Clear quartz crystals magnify and transmit energy, so will help your connection. You might like to try Lemurian Seed, a form of clear quartz; this crystal is known as the “lightworkers’ stone.”
