Oat-Stuffed Apples

- 6 green apples, top cut off and cored, leaving bottom intact
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except apples.
- Stuff apples and put into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 2 hours.
