Butternut Squash apple Oatmeal

- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 cup almond flour (omit if can't tolerate)
- 1/4 cup nut butter of your choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Toppings of your choice
- Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Use an immersion blender or potato masher to mash into desired consistency.
- Top with desired toppings and serve.
