- 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- Microwave peanut butter and honey for 30 seconds. Combine with almond milk, banana and cinnamon. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in oats and transfer the mixture to the greased slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
