Blackberry Jam

- 2 pounds fresh blackberries
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 limes, juice only
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Cook on low, uncovered for another 1 hour until the jam thickened. Let it cool.
- Use an immersion blender to blend into desired consistency. Adjust sweetness if needed.
