- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Rub the spices and salt over the chicken thighs and place them in the slow cooker. Drizzle with oil and add vinegar.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
