- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Season chicken with salt and place the chicken in the slow cooker. Top with lemon and rosemary then pour broth over.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred meat and serve.
