- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- 1 15-ounce can full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric of 1 teaspoon dried
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a small bowl, combine all seasoning ingredients.
- Place chicken in slow cooker and pour the mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred meat and serve.
