- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- In a small bowl, combine all seasoning ingredients.
- Place chicken and pineapple chunks in slow cooker and pour the mixture over.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred meat and serve.
