Italian Roasted Beef

  1. Season the beef with salt.
  1. In a pan, brown the beef on both sides.
  2. Add beef broth and red wine to the slow cooker. Add the beef and sprinkle the spices on top. Top with onion slices.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Shred meat and serve with liquid in the slow cooker.
