For the sauce:

 

  1. Season the lamb with salt.
  1. In a pan, brown the lamb.
  2. Add lamb to slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Shred the meat.
  3. Use a blender or food processor to combine the sauce ingredients and serve over meat.
