- 2 large lamb shanks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
For the sauce:
- 1 large bunch fresh mint, leaves only
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Season the lamb with salt.
- In a pan, brown the lamb.
- Add lamb to slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. Shred the meat.
- Use a blender or food processor to combine the sauce ingredients and serve over meat.
