Maple Balsamic Pork

- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut amino
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Rub the pork with salt and place in the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred meat and serve.
