Desserts

For the desserts in this chapter, we use 100 percent whole grains and natural sweeteners. So they’re healthier sweets you can feel good about eating. What a treat! If we had to pick our favorite dessert from this collection—and it wouldn’t be easy—we’d have to go with Perfect Pecan Pie. It’s absolutely divine, as you’ll see! But all the desserts are scrumptious, from the No-Bake Chocolate Pie with Pistachios, Raspberry Cheesecake Tartlets, and Apple Crumb Pie to the baker’s delight Fudge Walnut Brownies and Cakey Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies.
