ingredients
2 cups nonfat or 1% vanilla soy milk
2 ripe medium bananas
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
substitutions: Two cups skim or 1% milk plus ½ teaspoon vanilla may replace the vanilla soy milk. Frozen strawberries or mixed berries may replace the raspberries. If fruit is fresh rather than frozen, add two or three ice cubes.
