Hidden services are, by nature, very difficult to track down. All communications are handled via a cryptographic key, as opposed to a traceable IP address. In theory, this should make the server nearly impossible to target with a copyright takedown.
There is, however, one thing that bothers me. The server is hidden, but the owner is not. Unless 'Las Zenow' is an alias or pseudonym, what protects him from receiving the copyright notices in place of the service? What prevents him from being the target of coercion, and being forced to wipe out the server?
While I'm not expecting anything bad, I do recognize an easy target when it presents itself. I like this place too much to see it die from bad OPSEC.
