18. IF A PLAYER SUCCEEDS IN USING THEIR FULL RACK OF TILES – SEVEN LETTERS – THIS IS CALLED A ‘BINGO BONUS’.
19. THE BINGO BONUS SCORE IS WORTH FIFTY POINTS, AND IS GIVEN IN ADDITION TO THE VALUE OF THE WORD PLAYED.
20. A LIGHT BLUE SQUARE DOUBLES THE SCORE OF THE LETTER TILE PLACED ON IT.
21. IF TWO TRIPLE-WORD SQUARES ARE USED IN ONE WORD, THE TOTAL WORD VALUE SHOULD BE MULTIPLIED BY NINE TO ACHIEVE A FINAL SCORE.
22. A DARK BLUE SQUARE TRIPLES THE VALUE OF THE LETTER TILE PLACED ON IT.
23. THERE ARE FOUR DOUBLE-WORD SQUARES ON THE BOARD.
24. TRIPLE-WORD-SCORE SQUARES ARE FOUND ON ALL FOUR SIDES OF THE BOARD AND ARE OF EQUAL DISTANCE FROM EACH CORNER.
25. THE BONUS SQUARES ARE IDENTIFIABLE BY THEIR DIFFERENT COLOURS.

30. WHEN THE TILE BAG IS EMPTY AND ONE PLAYER HAS AN EMPTY TILE RACK, THE GAME WILL END. THE WINNER IS THE PLAYER WITH THE HIGHEST OVERALL SCORE.
31. THE POINTS TOTAL FOR ANY REMAINING TILES IS DEDUCTED FROM EACH PLAYER’S FINAL SCORE.
32. IF THE PLAYER WHO ENDED THE GAME HAS NO REMAINING TILES, AN ADDITIONAL POINTS BONUS IS ADDED TO THEIR FINAL SCORE.
33. THE OVERALL WINNER IS THE PLAYER WITH THE FINAL HIGHEST SCORE.
34. ALL WORDS FOUND IN ANY STANDARD ENGLISH DICTIONARY ARE ALLOWABLE IN A GAME OF SCRABBLE.
35. OFFICIAL SCRABBLE DICTIONARIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE, AND THESE ARE REGULARLY UPDATED WITH NEW, URBAN WORDS.
36. PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE ABBREVIATIONS, PREFIXES OR SUFFIXES ON THE BOARD.
37. THERE IS A FLOURISHING ONLINE SCRABBLE COMMUNITY.
38. PLAYERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE WORDS THAT REQUIRE HYPHENS OR APOSTROPHES ON THE BOARD.
