Chocolate Freezes

Hits the spot

1 ounce amaretto

1 ounce white crème de cacao

2 scoops chocolate ice cream

Shaved chocolate for garnish

Combine liqueurs and ice cream in blender. Blend until smooth, pour into glass, and garnish.

FROSTY THE
SNOWMAN

With chocolate chip eyes and a bright red nose

1 ounce vodka

1 ounce Godiva white chocolate liqueur

1 ounce heavy cream

½ cup ice

Whipped cream for topping

2 chocolate chips for garnish

1 Maraschino cherry for garnish

Combine vodka, liqueur, cream, and ice in blender. Blend until smooth and pour into glass. Top with whipped cream, two chocolate chips as eyes, and a cherry “nose.”

Can you spell luxurious?

1 ounce vodka

1 ounce dark crème de cacao

1 ounce Kahlúa

1 ounce heavy cream

cup crushed ice

Combine ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, and pour into glass.
