MOVES TO CONCENTRATION, AND OTHER RELATED TROOP MOVEMENTS

2. All moves may be reported as stated subject to limitations set out in column (g). | |
3. Headquarters of 61 Infantry Division remains at Wye; formations and units under its command, hitherto employed as marshalling area staffs, notionally discontinue these duties 17th-20th July, and concentrate in Wye area for offensive training. | |
4. 4 Canadian Armoured Division moves in reality from concentration area (East Grinstead)to marshalling area ‘S’ on 18th July. No mention will be made of this movement. |

9 Armoured Division and 38, 45, 47 and 61 Infantry Divisions continue, in fact, to be employed in marshalling and embarkation areas. 9 Armoured Division and 61 Infantry Division are notionally upgraded: the former is available to 21st Army Group for service overseas, the latter is included in First US Army Group Order of Battle. 38, 45 and 27 Infantry Divisions will continue, in fact, to be employed in static roles in the UNITED KINGDOM and will be so reported.
